Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order.  As several Balbec products are made to order, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid delays in transit. When ordering fresh cleansers, please be sure to choose 2 day shipping.

 Returns

We want you to love your products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange your product or issue a full refund. To initiate a return, please reply to your purchase confirmation email and specify which items you would like to return. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping costs, and we cannot offer refunds for international shipping.
