Please enjoy free shipping for Balbec Oils and for Purchases of $125 or above.

As several Balbec products are made to order, I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid delays in transit.

If you are ordering a cleanser, please choose a two-day shipping option to maintain its freshness.

Returns

I want you to love your products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of purchase and I will exchange your product or issue a full refund. To initiate a return, please reply to your purchase confirmation email and specify which items you would like to return. Unfortunately I cannot refund shipping costs, and cannot offer refunds for international shipping.
